Every child deserves to be seen.

We work to catch childhood vision loss before it becomes permanent. We do it through research, open-source AI screening tools, and advocacy for communities without access to pediatric eye care.

The problem

Most childhood vision loss is preventable or treatable, if it’s caught in time.

The window for treatment is narrow. Conditions like amblyopia and congenital cataract must be found in the first years of life, and the vast majority of affected children live in communities with little or no access to pediatric ophthalmology.

A child who is never screened is never diagnosed, and a child never diagnosed may lose sight that medicine already knows how to save.

Everything we build is free to use.

Every tool we release ships under the MIT or Apache 2.0 license, so any clinic, NGO, or researcher anywhere in the world can use it, study it, and build on it, at no cost and with no gatekeeping. Sight shouldn’t have a paywall.
